Grass finishing is a process that starts long before the beef gets to your plate, and it can’t be rushed. We have the knowledge and experience to turn well-managed, healthy soil into delicious, healthy food. Animals are chosen for our grass-fed customers only if they have met the criteria for Organic Certification, are growing well on the grass forages provided for them, and transition to the finishing stages when our grass-fed customer orders are being scheduled.

Deposits are now required to secure your order. Deposit payment can be made via etransfer with the balance due when we meet for delivery.
